From Verdi, I-80 east brings you into Northwest Reno, and Mae Anne Avenue is a short way off the freeway: about 13 minutes in light traffic by OpenStreetMap routing. Reno South on Longley Lane, near the Reno-Tahoe airport and I-580, is about 23 minutes, staying on I-80 through town and turning south on I-580.

Since every trip into Reno starts on the same freeway, the Mae Anne stop is easy to add on the way to work, school or shopping. If the day ends near the airport or in South Reno, Longley Lane can be the better pick.
